A true cold climate viticulture region and low yield harvests ensures production of premium Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs, and Rieslings and more specifically “Macedon”, a generic name for Australia’s premier Sparkling Wine. A little further west is Victoria’s Spa Country at Daylesford and Hepburn Springs, a natural wonder that has been attracting visitors since the 19th century.
