Roseneath at Rye is a new adult only luxury bed and breakfast/apartment for couples tucked away in a quiet street in Rye and only a 600 meter walk to the bay beach, restaurants and town centre and only 90 mins drive from Melbourne. 

Your hosts Barb and Bryan Harper had lived in the city of Melbourne for over 25 years and always dreamed of moving down the coast looking for a more relaxed lifestyle.  In 2004 they spotted a house on the market that required a lot of TLC and knew this was the house they would want to call home to start the new phase of their lives.  With great attention to detail; it took 2 long years to renovate and set up what is now Roseneath at Rye Luxury Bed and Breakfast. 

Roseneath at Rye is ideal for couples looking for a romantic escape, or wanting to celebrate an anniversary, is a beautiful way to start a honeymoon, to celebrate a birthday, enjoy a golfing holiday or you can just sit back relax and enjoy a glass of the local wine and unwind.  You can also bring along 4 of your friends to share your experience at this prestigious property.

A beautifully maintained garden with putting green and boardwalk leads you to your own private entrance and onto a large covered deck that's furnished with an outdoor lounge and dining area and a kitchen with stainless steel hooded BBQ and Weber. 

Inside you will be treated to a spacious living and entertainment area consisting of a cinema centre, pool table and fully equipped kitchenette, large bathroom through to 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms.  Two of the bedrooms have double beds and large built in robes with lots of hanging space and the third bedroom is a large attic room with a queen bed and large wardrobe.

After a hot summer’s day at the beach curl up on the outdoor lounge with a glass of the local wine and admire the beautiful 100 year old Moonah tree that’s the main feature in the garden or relax in the outdoor spa that comes complete with shower and sundeck to fully enjoy some alfresco living.
