Rayville Boat Houses are deluxe four star villas ranging from 1,2 and 3 bedrooms, fully self-contained or fully serviced with breakfast and newspaper. These beach-themed, stand-alone villas vary from Loft style to those offering views of the ocean and the nearby Otway Ranges.

Rayville Boat Houses is ideally located turning off the Great Ocean Road towards the sea and offers guests tranquil surroundings, yet close walking distance to beaches, the harbour, local golf course and Apollo Bay shops and restaurants.

All villas have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with tv, dvd/cd/vcr players and cosy wood fire, bathroom with spacious corner spa, as well as an own private verandah or balcony. All villas have at least 1 queen and 2 single beds, some with pull-out trundle and a double bed as well in the 3 bedroom Ocean View villa.

We also have a luxury Penthouse with ocean views throughout, private balcony, state-of-the-art furniture and fittings, spa bath and separate shower, large PLASMA, Austar, dvd/cd/vcr players and surround sound.

Each villa has its own undercover carport. There is also a communal BBQ area, herb garden and guest laundry on-site.
