CANCELLATIONS~ please read

All cancellations attract a 20% administration fee, cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival forfeit 50% of deposit, cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit 100% deposit, (peak period and special events require 30 days notice for refund). Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival forfeit full tariff, however, if the accommodation is relet 50% of the full tariff amount will be refunded. If credit card security is not available at time of check-in a $500 cash bond is required, this is refunded after satisfactory inspection on departure.

All bedding is supplied which includes 4 pillows per QB, 2 per DB and 1 per SB, doonas, doona covers and blankets.

Linen hire is a requirement and is dependant on the beds required and will be added to the tariff amount.

Linen packs include top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats & tea towels.(To keep linen costs low, linen is neatly folded and placed at the foot of required beds, beds are not made).
