Cliffhanger Climbing Gym, just 10 minutes from Melbourne CBD, is the tallest indoor rock climbing facility in the southern hemisphere, towering to 20 meters high (around 70 feet). Cliffhanger has a combination of indoor and outdoor walls including 2 dedicated bouldering walls, a huge variety of ‘rock like’ surfaces imported from all around the world, rope ladders and other fun climbing stuff.

With professional friendly staff, a new 60mm soft fall landing surface and state of the art equipment, safety is our priority and climbing at Cliffhanger is an enjoyable for everyone from around 4 years and up.

All equipment is available for hire or purchase, as we have one of Melbourne’s biggest ranges of climbing equipment in our store.

As we are located within the Westgate Sports & Leisure Complex, we have a huge range of other facilities on site, including full Café and Bar, Change rooms and Showers, Meeting Rooms and a huge range of other Sporting Activities. We also have over 500 free parking spaces and ample Bus parking.
