Everything required for your mobile service treatments are brought to you including portable massage table, all linen and towels, massage oils, relaxing music, portable massage chair (for corporate and some pregnancy massage) and all products for facials etc. The only thing you need to take care of is a space in which to have your massage / treatment and a place for Patricia to have access to water.

Aromatherapy Massage
The Aromatherapy massage technique invlolves working on the autonomic nervous system, thus reducing stress levels on a deep level and incorporates the use of essential oils (pure plant extracts) to heal and harmonise the mind, body & spirit. I call this one the 'mind massage' because I believe it works more on the mind than it does on the body. The strokes are long, sweeping motion following the meridian line of the body, serving to release any blockages and renew energy levels. You feel very very calm afterwards and after a good night's sleep you usually awaken refreshed and energised. There is no other massage technique like this one.

A combination of massage, stretching and applying pressure to accupressure points on the body. When you are feeling particularly tight across the back and shoulders it is great to have extra pressure applied and relieve the tension so that you may function without pain and discomfort. Also great for aching legs, in particular the calves where muscle tension can store itself and produce tight and painful areas on the body.
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage
Dubbed "The Rolls Royce of massage", Lomi Lomi is a unique healing massage derived from the ancient Polynesians and more specifically the master healers of Hawaii. It works gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, totally nurturing the body and, enabling the recipient to relax, give in and simply be. Made from 99.7% natural and naturally derived ingredients, a preserving system is present at less than 0.3% and to ensure shelf life. Massage / Bath Oil
Massage / Bath oil is made from water dispersible massage base. This was chosen due to the ease of washing out of clothing and can also be used as a bath oil. It is what I use in all my massages now and I find it glides easily, absorbs thoroughly into the skin and is safe for all skin types and is not restricted by people who have allergy to nuts.

Nourishing Face Cream
Nourishing Face Cream is rich and suitable for all skin types, particularly good for sensitive, dry & mature skin. It is made from 100% natural ingredients - macadamia oil, beeswax & pure essential oil of frankincense, it will last for up to 1 year on the shelf.
It is solid so you take a little bit out and mix in in your hand to take it to a liquid consistency for application to your face, making this a perfect night cream also.
All products are personally tested by me and my friends and family and I have very sensitive skin, prone to breakouts of eczema. Please only use the product for the intended use e.g. Do not use body cream or foot cream on the face as the dilution for essential oils is too high for the face and may cause a reaction.

Cancellations
Things crop up and sometimes cancellations are required however if I have assigned an appointment time to you then somebody else cannot have that time, so a cancellation fee may be applied if there is less than 24 hours notice given.
